He seems to know all there is to know about the Mac, and has solved problems big and small, vanilla and weird for me. And has upgraded me to new computers and new operating system releases, migrating all my data and programs and solving all the attendant problems, sticking with it until there were no more issues and I was perfectly satisfied.
